How did you lose so much weight?
-Basically just eating healthier, not over eating, or eating unconsciously and getting exercise. Eating out of boredom/snacking was my biggest problem though. I found motivation and things to do, which helped me along the way. :)

-I made this account in October 2010 but I didn’t actually start losing weight until November 2010.

-Yes! Yes! Yes!
Where do you find your work outs?
-I find my work outs by looking through other weight loss Tumblr pages that I follow and on http://www.tumblr.com/tagged/workouts. I also search through Google and Youtube.
Do you count calories?
-I did when I first started dieting but it just lead me to become paranoid and obsessive, which is why I had to stop before things really got out of hand. I occasionally count calories but that’s only when I’m cooking something with a lot of ingredients. I try to use/eat things that I know are low calorie and healthy.
How many calories would you say you eat a day than?
-I’d say about 1,300-1,500 calories a day.
How many times a day do you exercise, for how long and when?
-I exercise once a day for an hour.
Why haven’t you answered my question?
-I try to answer every question, but I get a lot everyday and some I might have already answered. If your question is long, I’ll probably answer it at the end of the day or the next day. I try to answer as many as I can though!
