before-and-after-pictures: Height: 5’2  I started my weight loss journey August 1st, 2011 and now that the one year mark is approaching I’ve put together some progress pictures.  HOLY CRAP! this is amazing! look at how far you have come. what an inspiration! we started right around the same weight and even though she is a couple of inches shorter than me i feel like my stomach looked a lot like hers! I really held all my weight in my mid section.  Can’t wait to have an after like hers in a years time
